Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Dec. 1-7, 2025. Closures and lane reductions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work. See the link here to view a map of the road closures and lane restrictions happening this week.

5th Street between Stewart Street and Plaza Street will be closed nightly from Monday through Sunday, 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.

7th Street between Stewart Street and Plaza Street will be closed from Monday through Sunday.

Curry Street between Park Street and Adams Street will be closed from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Park Street between Curry Street and Carson Street will be closed from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Plaza Street between 5th Street and 7th Street will be closed from Monday through Sunday.

The Roop Street/William Street intersection will be closed to Northbound, Southbound traffic from Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The Stewart Street, William Street intersection will be closed to all traffic from Monday through Tuesday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

William Street between Carson Street and Roop Street will be closed to Eastbound/Westbound traffic from Monday through Tuesday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

5th Street between Stewart Street and Plaza Street will have lane restrictions from Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Carson Street between Washington Street and Adams Street will have lane restrictions from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

College Parkway between Nye Lane and Airport Road will have lane restrictions from Dec. 1, 2025, Dec. 12, 2025, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Roop Street between Washington Street and John Street will have lane restrictions and shifts from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Stewart Street between 8th Street and 5th Street may have reduced lanes and lane shifts from Monday through Sunday.

William Street between Carson Street and Saliman Road will have restricted lanes from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
