He told the deputy he did something he wasn’t supposed to do and that he didn’t take anything and he didn’t do anything. He said he entered a place where he wasn’t supposed to be and that he went to the woman’s house and broke in. He said he didn’t grab anything, he just wanted to shower. He said he didn’t shower because he didn’t know she had an alarm and that the alarm had gone off and so he left. He said he entered through the window that was closest to the steps. He said he removed the window screen and opened the window. He said he went into the living room and tried to go into the bathroom to shower but that is when the alarm went off. He said he then grabbed a pair of underwear from the laundry room but that he did not take them and left them in the dog area.
Due to the surveillance footage that was provided and the man admitting he broke into her house, he was placed in handcuffs and placed in a patrol car. The man consented to deputies searching the truck where a white trash bag was located. The bag contained multiple pairs of underwear.
