On July 21 and July 29, 2026, Carson City Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to conduct traffic enforcement stops on a white motorcycle for reckless driving and operating without vehicle registration.
During both separate incidents, the rider actively taunted law enforcement by rapidly accelerating away from deputies, performing wheelies, turning backward to make obscene gestures (“flipping them off”), and waving his hands to provoke a pursuit.
The suspect rider then accelerated to extreme, dangerous speeds and weaved in and out of traffic. To ensure public safety and avoid a high-speed pursuit that would further endanger surrounding motorists, deputies terminated the stops.
The rider ultimately escaped due to his reckless speeds.
Deputies are attempting to identify the suspect for eluding, reckless driving and no vehicle registration.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office obtained photographs of the suspect and his motorcycle.
