Here are more photos from Tuesday’s Carson City National Night Out held at Mills Park. The event ended tonight at 8 with a finale of sirens. Several thousand visited the three-hour program designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime efforts; strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnerships; and send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
