The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has a final project remaining this Monday, Oct. 19, wrapping up the US-50 Spooner to Stateline repaving project.
- Travelers can anticipate delays when crews will be working in the Cave Rock Tunnel on Monday, Oct. 19, to complete striping, weather/temperature permitting. Otherwise, minimal delays are expected for the remainder of the project.
- Traffic control will remain in place as crews are finalizing signs, striping, painting barrier rails, and cleaning up staging areas.
- Work zones are there to improve the roads and are not a place for impatient or aggressive driving. Please still Take it Slow Tahoe: speed is reduced to 35 mph through all zones.
