FERNLEY, Nev. — NAMI Western Nevada (National Alliance on Mental Illness, Western Nevada Affiliate) is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser, taking place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at The Ranch at Desert Lakes, 50 Desert Lakes Drive, Fernley, Nevada. Golfer Check-in begins at 7:15 a.m. The Title Sponsors this year are Porter Government & Business Solutions and IBEW Local 401.
Community members, businesses, and golf enthusiasts are invited to join NAMI Western Nevada for an unforgettable day on the green while supporting a cause that impacts thousands of individuals and families throughout Nevada.
Participants will enjoy a fun-filled tournament featuring friendly competition, team play, on-course games, raffle prizes, giveaways, lunch, and opportunities to connect with others who are passionate about making a difference in mental health advocacy. Whether you’re an experienced golfer or simply looking to support a worthy cause, this tournament offers the perfect blend of purpose and fun.
Registration is $150 per individual golfer or $500 per foursome. Players can also purchase optional add-ons, including Mulligans, Cheater Tape (5-foot or 10-foot), Raffle Tickets, and additional on-course games for even more chances to win and have fun.
Businesses and organizations looking to support mental health in Nevada are encouraged to participate through tiered sponsorship opportunities, providing valuable community exposure while helping sustain NAMI Western Nevada’s mental health programs and services.
Proceeds from the tournament directly benefit NAMI Western Nevada, helping the organization continue providing mental health awareness, education, advocacy, and peer-led support services to individuals, families, and communities affected by mental illness. Every dollar raised helps reduce stigma, promote hope, and expand access to vital mental health resources throughout Nevada.
Golfers of all skill levels are welcome, and community members who do not golf are encouraged to support the event through sponsorships, raffle participation, or donations.
