Ryan Riggan.

Plumas Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plumas Bancorp, announced the promotion of Ryan Riggan to Credit Administrator, recognizing his leadership, depth of credit expertise, and long standing commitment to responsible banking as the bank continues to deliver on its mission of making banking both personal and powerful for the businesses, individuals, and communities it serves. The announcement comes as Plumas Bank continues to celebrate its 45th anniversary.

In his new role, Riggan serves as senior vice president and credit administrator, supporting the credit team’s continued progress through leadership of credit policy, underwriting standards, loan operations and regulatory compliance. He works closely with executive leadership to advance sound credit practices and sustainable growth across the bank’s footprint and reports to Kevin Kaiser, executive vice president and chief credit officer.

“Ryan brings deep expertise, strong judgment, and a collaborative leadership style to his new role as credit administrator,” said Andy Ryback, president and chief executive officer of Plumas Bank. “His experience in commercial and SBA lending, along with his commitment to innovation and sound credit practices, makes him a tremendous asset as we continue to grow responsibly.”

Riggan joined Plumas Bank in 2016 and has held progressively senior roles within the organization. With nearly 25 years of experience across national and regional financial institutions, he has played a key leadership role in advancing the Bank’s credit function. Most recently serving as senior vice president and SBA credit manager, Riggan led initiatives to modernize government-guaranteed lending policies, optimize internal processes, and strengthen team performance. His efforts have expanded the use of technology, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced consistency in credit delivery in these areas.

Based in Reno, Nev., Riggan is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in marketing. He is also a graduate of the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking and has served on the advisory board for the Nevada Small Business Development Center since 2022.

“I’m honored to step into the role of credit administrator and grateful for the trust our leadership team has placed in me,” said Riggan. “Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team that is deeply committed to responsible lending and supporting the long-term success of our clients and communities. I look forward to continuing to strengthen our credit practices, embracing innovation and helping drive sustainable growth as Plumas Bank builds on its 45-year legacy.”
