Carson City showed its groove and then some Thursday night when Tower of Power and opening act The Rowans took the stage for a sold out performance at Cafe at Adele’s. The summer Concert Under the Stars was the eighth of its kind, a fundraiser for the Carson City Greenhouse Project.
