The Vaccine Voucher was created in partnership with Immunize Nevada and Carson City Health and Human Services and covers vaccine administration costs.
The voucher may be redeemed at Carson City Health and Human Services. Walk-ins are welcome on Thursdays 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.
This is the best time to get Back-to-School required vaccines out of the way to avoid the long lines in August at no-cost.
Just show this voucher at CCHHS to redeem before July 31, 2019.
