Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of July 4-10, 2022. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Russett Way between Winnie Lane and Jeanell Drive will be closed, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Schulz Drive between Race Track Road and Rabe Way will be closed, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
Sewer and Water Line Replacement Closures (7:00am to 5:30pm):
— Robinson Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed Wednesday.
— Robinson Street between Mountain Street and Division Street will be closed Thursday.
— Robinson Street at Mountain Street and at Division Street will be closed Wednesday.
Upcoming Closure Notice: 5th Street between Saliman Road and Airport Drive will be closed to thru-traffic, Monday, July 11 to Wednesday, July 13, 7:00am to 5:30pm for utility installation.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Carson River Road between 5th Street and Camballeria Drive will have shoulder work, Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconfiguration.
— Curry Street between Oneida Street and Clearview Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will have narrowed lanes, Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Curry Street between 10th Street and Lake Glen Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation. There will also be intermittent lane closures on nearby Lake Glen Drive.
— Curry Street at Koontz Lane will be flagger-controlled, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation.
— 5th Street between Saliman Road and Warm Springs Road will have shoulder work, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm for utility work.
— 5th Street between Regent Court and Fairview Drive will have shoulder work, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for road reconfiguration.
— Long Street between Roop Street and Rand Avenue will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Ormsby Boulevard between Newman Place and Pardini Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for utility work.
— Rand Avenue between William Street and Camille Drive will have narrowed lanes, Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Robinson Street between Division Street and Mountain Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday and Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Saliman Road between Koontz Lane to Colorado Street will have intermittent reduced lanes with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for utility work. There will also be shoulder closures along Saliman Road.
— Shoshone Street between Boyle Street and Mono Lane will have lane closures, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation.
— Silver Sage Drive between Sunchase Court and Colorado Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation. There will also be intermittent lane closures on nearby Sonoma Street, Chateau Drive and Colorado Street.
— Silver Sage Drive between Briarwood Drive to Sonoma Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation.
— Washoe Street between Boyle Street and Mono Lane will have lane closures, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation.
