Tuesday was Election Day in Carson City and throughout the state of Nevada and while mail-in ballots will still be accepted for several days as they continue to come in, the ballot tally began after polls closed Tuesday.

These results are accurate as of 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. We will continue to update this story as results come in.

As of 10 p.m. Tuesday the polls are in from the following counties: Churchill, Elko, Humboldt, Mineral, Nye, and Storey. The remaining counties ballots have not been accounted for as of 10 p.m.

As of June 10, the unofficial in-person voter turnout total logged 472 Democrat voters, 187 nonpartisan voters, and 1,891 Republican voters.

CARSON CITY ELECTIONS

Sheriff Ken Furlong, District Attorney Jason Woodbury, Assessor Kimberly Adams, Treasurer Andrew Rasor, School District 4 Trustee Richard Varner and School Trustee District 3 Matt Clapham ran unopposed and were elected Tuesday.
