Carson City, Nev. (May 16, 2025) — Carson High School’s Early Childhood program hosted the 2025 Day of the Child event and welcomed more than 200 children and families to the Carson High School High Tech Center last Saturday, May 10.
The event created an immersive experience, sparking curiosity, joy and engagement for the young learners in attendance and provided parents an opportunity to learn about district programs.



Additionally, during the play-based celebration, the Carson City School District recognized graduating seniors who plan to pursue careers in education.
These future educators were honored in a special signing ceremony, where they committed to their chosen path and were personally congratulated by District Superintendent Andrew Feuling.
The district warmly invited the future teachers to return after completing their studies to join Carson City School District as educational professionals, continuing the cycle of learning and leadership within the Carson City community.
