The Carson City Moose Lodge received an unusual request from Marty Roberto, Supervisor at the Capitol Police. Tommy Moose dolls. When responding to a domestic disturbance at any of the one hundred government buildings for which they are responsible, the police found that they could use the Tommy Moose dolls to focus any child’s attention on the dolls, while the situation with the parents is addressed.
Much like at the Children’s ER at Carson Tahoe the Tommy Moose dolls have a calming effect on the children. Carson City Moose Lodge was more than happy to honor Marty’s request.
