Mountain Lakes Estates Retirement Living
Mountain Lakes Estates Retirement Living is giving the Reno community a delicious and easy way to support local mom and pop businesses. Each Wednesday beginning April 13, noon-2 p.m., the community will host a local food truck vendor at the corner of the property, located at 765 South Meadows Parkway.
According to Nate Williams, Mountain Lakes Estates’ administrator, people can order lunch-to-go, enjoy lunch sitting comfortably under the canopy, or wander near the lake and have lunch on the veranda – mountain views included. Reservations are not required.
“Everyone is welcome,” said Williams. “Passersby,” neighboring businesses, and families and friends of all ages. Our intent with Food Truck Wednesday is to support the livelihood of our local businesses, but we also want to offer a fun, outdoor midweek break – something everyone, at every age, needs.” Food Truck vendors interested in participating in Food Truck Wednesday can call Nate Williams at (775) 384-1026.
@755 Eats is the featured food truck on April 13, noon – 2 p.m. Accepts cash, credit card and Apple Pay. Lety’s Tacos is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, noon-2 p.m. Wok & Roll Fusion is scheduled for April 27, noon- 2 p.m.
