Carson City Public Works has been made aware of an issue with the return envelopes sent out with our utility bills. The utility bills for a cycle billing sent on Friday, March 13, may have included a return envelope addressed to Laughlin Associates at 680 W. Nye Lane, Suite 202, Carson City, NV 89703. These were sent in error by the mailing service contracted to send out our utility bills.
If you received one of these return envelopes, please do not mail your utility check in it. If you have already done so, we are working with our mailing service to retrieve any payments sent by mistake to Laughlin Associates.
