Kimberly Adams officially files candidacy for Carson City Assessor. Kimberly, the current Chief Deputy Assessor has worked for the Carson City Assessor’s Office for over 20 years.
She is a certified Real and Personal Property Appraiser and is very vested in the community.
She is dedicated to the continue to serve Carson City and the implementation of the new CAMA system that is now being used by the Assessor’s Office.
Kimberly has extensive experience working with the Board of Supervisors, Board of Equalization, City Elected Officials and Department Heads. Throughout her entire career with the Assessor’s office, she has built a rapport with numerous local title companies and attorneys.
