According to the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, Robert Michael Duggan was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 3300 block of Otha Street on two felony charges relating to crimes against a child.
He is charged with sexual assault against a child under the age of 14 and was additionally arrested for lewdness by a person over 18 with a child less than 14.
As the arrest was made by warrant, no additional investigative information was provided in the arrest.
Duggan was taken to the Carson City Jail without incident after being placed into custody on the warrant issued Tuesday.
Bail: $500,000
In other arrests:
A 45-year-old transient man was arrested on a warrant for disturbing the peace with a bail of $500.
A 57-year-old Sparks woman was arrested on two misdemeanor bench warrants issued out of Carson City in May 2020, each with a cash-only bail of $1,000.
A 42-year-old Carson City woman, Tessali Anne Bearden, was arrested on one felony bench warrant and one misdemeanor bench warrant both issued in January 2026. No bail.
A 41-year-old Marysville, Calif. woman was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant issued on February 28, 2026. Bail: $1,000 cash only.
