Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles and NDOT are warning the public of a texting scheme that’s been circulating inside and outside of Nevada.
These text messages are making claims of unpaid toll road fees and ask recipients to click through to a website to pay and avoid being reported to the DMV.
Nevada does not have tolls on public roads, meaning that any claims of toll road fees in the state of Nevada are illegitimate.
