At just four and six months old, Olive and Sweet Pea have already formed an unbreakable bond—one built on trust, resilience, and love.
Rescued in Battle Mountain, these two kittens arrived at Catmandu with a unique challenge: Olive, the older of the pair, is visually impaired. Due to severe infections as a tiny kitten, her eyes did not develop properly, and she is currently receiving medical care to ensure she’s as comfortable as possible.
But where Olive lacks sight, she makes up for it with unwavering confidence, thanks to her devoted seeing-eye kitten, Sweet Pea.
Sweet Pea is more than just a best friend—she’s Olive’s guide, protector, and playmate.

Wherever Olive goes, Sweet Pea is by her side, helping her navigate the world with gentle nudges and playful encouragement. Together, they prove that love doesn’t need eyes to see.
Olive isn’t just brave—she’s a total love sponge. She adores affection and will happily roll onto her back for tummy rubs, soaking up every bit of love she can get. And she’s not just fond of people—she adores dogs.
So much so that she will climb baby gates just to be near them. These two are great with both small and large cat-friendly dogs, making them a wonderful addition to a multi-pet home.
Currently in a medical foster home while Olive receives treatment, this dynamic duo will be available for adoption soon. They’re looking for a family willing to open their hearts to a truly special pair—one that understands the beauty of their bond and the joy of giving two inseparable souls a forever home.
