Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Feb. 21-27, 2022. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Robinson Street at Mountain Street intersection will be closed, Wednesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
— Robinson Street between Phillips Street and Mountain Street will be closed, Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will have shoulder closures and lane shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
— Emerson Drive between College Parkway and I-580 will have narrowed lanes, Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.
— Long Street between Roop Street and Rand Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction. Please use caution and expect delays.
— Spear Street between Nevada Street and Mountain Street will have narrowed lanes and shoulder closures, Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
— US 50 between Lompa Lane and Airport Road will have sidewalk closures on the south side of the street. Please use caution and follow detour signage.
