Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded Saturday evening to a single vehicle crash in the area of Northridge Drive and Ridgecrest Drive. Two were seen running from the scene.
Originally called in as a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian at around 7:30 p.m., the reporting party clarified to dispatch that they saw a bumper on the ground and not a person.
Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputies on scene advised that a male and female were seen running from the vehicle after the crash. Carson City Fire Department arrived on scene and reported moderate damage to the vehicle. A one-way sign was also damaged.
Deputies are investigating.
