Carson City fire crews knocked down a blaze inside a storage shed adjacent to a home in the 200 block of Paiute and Curry streets.
No one was injured. Three crews responded to the blaze, reported at 3:30 a.m. Fire officials said damage from the fire is unknown as is the cause but noted that flames consumed the storage shed and emitted a lot of smoke.
“The shed is pretty full so we’ll be here a while cleaning it up,” said Carson City Fire Chief Stacey Giomi.
