I would like to just through a humanitarian question out their. I know as a citizen of Carson City that we do have a homeless population in our city. I personally try my best to help when I can, knowing it is the wright thing to do. I personally think we all in this community need to take a look in the mirror and realize that any one of us at any given time could end up homeless.

We all do our best to protect ourselves and family from this: but it can happen. Lately I have witnessed some that we pay through taxes making it hard on those that are homeless. That is really a disgrace when you seem to take pride in doing this action and enjoying it. Conviction should come into play here. Most of us sit at home with our family, enjoying the evening news and a warm meal. We are fortunate and I am thankful to be one of those.

I would never take pride in destroying another mans shelter in the winter of all times just because I could.

I say this because their is an element in our society that is taking pleasure in doing so and it is disgusting.

At least give notice you may be trespassing, perhaps where you can get shelter from the cold. Just do not go in and take pleasure in destroying perhaps all a person has on this earth. This is a humanitarian view and nothing else.

When we seem to care about the wild horses fish and butterflies and leave, out the human being; something is wrong. Sela. John J Hicks
