Search warrant at Dayton residence leads to 446 grams of meth, stolen firearms

Nevada Department of Public Safety appoints first woman to NHP colonel command

Colonel Carpenter officially takes command of the Nevada Highway Patrol on Monday, October 19, 2020. She will oversee 491 sworn officers and 96 non-sworn personnel.
NHP Northern Command receives public safety Joining Forces program grant

Carson City detectives arrest man for kidnapping, attempted sexual assault of a minor, and more

According to the report, Kahlil Deshawn Williams was arrested after deputies were dispatched to a convenience store on Hot Springs Road for a kidnapping.

Rye, announced Tuesday that the Third Judicial District Court sentenced James Parisi, 39 years of age, of Dayton, Nev., to the maximum sentence of 20 years in the Nevada State Prison with parole eligibility after seven years on one count of duty to stop at the scene of an accident causing death.
