Sip, String & Shine: A Creative afternoon of Tea, Self Love, and Gentle Frequency

Sip, String & Shine is a relaxed, come-and-go creative experience over three hours for anyone craving a nourishing pause—part workshop, part playdate, part nervous-system reset.
Guests are invited to slow down, sip tea, and create self-love bracelets infused with intention, color, and personal meaning. No crafting experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to do anything “right.” This experience is about presence, not perfection.
Throughout the afternoon, tea is served as a grounding ritual while participants create, rest, chat, or simply enjoy the space at their own pace. A subtle layer of frequency support is woven through the experience, creating what many describe as a gentle “frequency bath”—calming, supportive, and refreshingly non-invasive.
Some guests focus deeply on their bracelets. Others sip tea and enjoy quiet connection. Many do a little of everything. There is no right way to participate.
As the facilitator shares, “This is less about learning something new and more about remembering how it feels to create without urgency.”
Participants leave with their handmade bracelet, a sense of ease, and optional resources they can explore later if curiosity arises.
Sip, String & Shine is facilitated by Vibe Tribe of Love, a community-centered offering focused on gentle self-care, creativity, and accessible wellness experiences. The gathering is offered as a donation-based experience, inviting participants to give what feels aligned while supporting materials and future community offerings.
The event is held at Rocking & Rolling Rock Shop, a beloved local space filled with crystals, creativity, and community spirit—an ideal setting for an afternoon of connection, calm, a little self-love magic and some bubbles!!
