Protest to End Abuse and Inhumane Conditions in Nevada Prisons

We want to raise awareness to the abuse and inhumane conditions in Nevada Prisons. People ate losing their lives from guards, from other prisoners, from drugs and debts, classification “errors”, Medical neglect, dental care neglect, mental health care neglect… The list goes on. Our prisons our out of control and among the worst in the United States. Tax payers pay for care and humae treatment and taxpayers pay the lawsuits when incarcerated people do not get care and are treated inhumane, yet nobody is held accountable. This is about justice, accountability, transparency… These people have families, are still human and will be back in society. Prisons should be focused on rehabilitation, on getting them prepared to be law abiding citizens, not exacerbation of symptoms and survival.
