Freedom 250
May 17 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
FREEDOM 250 Invites all Americans to come together in prayer and worship ahead of the Nation’s 250th Birthday.
On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the National Mall in Washington DC will be the scene of a historic gathering as Americans of every background across the country prepare for the nation’s 250th birthday with Scripture, testimony, prayer, and rededication of our country as One Nation Under God.
Here in Carson City, our celebration will coincide with the National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise, and Thanksgiving for our country. We will hear presentations from our own local faith and patriotic leaders, and enjoy live traditional and contemporary music from Wildflower & Sage Productions.
We will give more than a tribute, as our Capitol will illuminate in red, white, and blue and be decorated in honor of the Semiquincentennial with patrioticbunting, flags, and banners.
And you are invited! Come to the Capitol Amphitheater, located on the grounds of the Nevada State Capitol, 101 N. Carson Street, Carson City.
Event is from 1pm to 4 PM
Everyone is welcome to this non-partisan FREE event sponsored by the Carson City Republican Party.
