Celebrity Wine Dinner – Julia Jasunas

The Carson Nugget Casino invites guests to an exclusive evening featuring comedians Julia Jasunas on Friday, September 25th in the private Barrel Room. With your dinner tickets you also receive a FREE VIP ticket to see Julia perform live in the Grand Showroom on September 26th at 6PM.
Cocktail Party:
On Friday, September 25th at 5:30PM, guests are welcomed into the new lounge called “Shaken Not Stirred” to enjoy a pre-dinner wine reception before the multi-course dining experience begins.
Dinner Menu:
The evening’s curated menu features a refined starter of baby mixed greens salad paired with Sauvignon Blanc. The main course features a roasted half duck with crispy skin, glazed with orange rosemary reduction served with roasted asparagus and baby potatoes with garlic butter and fresh herbs, complemented by an incredible red wine. The night concludes on a sweet note with a warm chocolate lava cake and an aged tawny port.
First course
Baby mixed greens salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, candied walnuts, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and your choice of dressing.
Second Course
Half duck roasted to perfection with crispy skin, glazed with orange and rosemary reduction. Served with roasted asparagus and baby potatoes with garlic butter and fresh herbs.
Final Course
Decadent chocolate lava cake with a warm, molten center, served with vanilla ice cream and a raspberry coulis. Paired with Cockburn’s Fine Ruby Port

Guests attending the dinner will also receive a FREE VIP ticket to the show the following night to see celebrity comedian Julia Jasunas in the Grand Showroom on September 25, at 6PMand 8PM.
VIP Meet & Greet:
Guests that attend the dinner will also be invited to a private VIP meet-and-greet with Erica Rhodes immediately after the first show.
