C-Hill Flag Dedication Ceremony

Thank you, Carson City, for your support of the C-Hill Flag Restoration Project!
As of May 30, 2026, our beloved C-Hill Flag has been restored. The project began in June 2024 as a group of concerned citizens who simply wanted to ensure the flag was preserved and maintained. Two years later, after fundraising nearly $40,000 and engaging over 200 volunteers, the flag has returned.
Standing at 120’ wide and 65’ tall, Carson City’s C-Hill Flag stands as – from our research and to the best of our knowledge – the largest municipal American Flag Structure in the world.
Please join us for a Flag Dedication Ceremony to celebrate the return of the C-Hill Flag.
Flag Day, June 14, 2026 at 5:00pm
1499 McKay Dr., Carson City
No Hiking is Required to attend and participate in the Ceremony.
Public Parking will be available at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on McKay Dr.
Colors will be presented by Carson High School’s NJROTC.
