Join us in a circle on yoga mats through a series of community-based mind-body wellness practices including these components: breath work, mindful movement, guided visualization, reflection, listening and relaxation. Let’s explore what you may desire to heal and/or let go of as 2025 comes to an end and you set sights on new aspirations for 2026!
This workshop is open to all, no prior experience with yoga or mindfulness practices needed, yet being open and curious to learn in community is recommended.
