Brush fire reported just before 5:15 p.m. Wednesday near Highway 50 W. and Golf Club Drive.
Update 6:07 p.m.:
Crews are mopping up and there does not appear to be further danger.
Update 5:31 p.m.:
Carson cancelled additional units as they have the blaze under control.
Original Story:
Multiple crews from Carson, Douglas and Tahoe are responding. The fire is in the brush and was initially reported at approximately 10 feet in size.
