Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of July 28 to August 3, 2025. See link to view a map of the road closures and lane restrictions occurring next week in Carson City. Closures are and lane reductions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
Second 2nd Street between Thompson Street and Division Street will be closed on Saturdays, from June 21, 2025, to August 23, 2025, 6:30 pm through 10:30 pm, for the Levitt Amp Summer Concert series.
Lompa Lane between US 50 and Menlo Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Menlo Drive between Lompa Lane and Airport Road will be closed to thru traffic, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Minnesota Street between 2nd Street and 3rd Street will be closed each Saturday until August 23, 2025, 6:30 pm through 10:30 pm, for the Levitt Amp Summer Concert series.
The Multi-Use Path terminus at Ash Canyon Road and Longview Way will be closed from Monday through Thursday. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path along Saliman Road between Sonoma Street and Kingsley Lane will be closed from Monday through Thursday, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
Thompson Street between King Street and 2nd Street will be closed from Tuesday through Wednesday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Corbett Street between Pioneer High School and Fall Street will have shoulder work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Ethel Way will have shoulder work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Fall Street between Rice Street and Corbett Street will have shoulder work from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Fleischmann Way between Division Street and Mountain Street will have eastbound shoulder closures until August 31, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Gentry Lane between Bennett Avenue and Snyder Avenue will have shoulder work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Hudson Drive between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will have shoulder work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Table Rock Drive between New Ridge Drive and Longridge Drive will have shoulder work south-westbound from Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
