Parade entry applications are now open and organizers are encouraging businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups to apply early. With a 200-entry maximum, spots fill quickly! Applications can be submitted online at https://nevadaday.com.
In an exciting twist this year, all floats must be decorated, and a panel of judges will award honors to the best-decorated entries! Participants are encouraged to start planning and decorating now for a chance to win top recognition.
The parade will roll through downtown Carson City and feature a dynamic mix of themed floats, marching bands, equestrian groups, classic cars, and more. Families, locals, and visitors alike are invited to join in the festivities and celebrate Nevada’s rich legacy.
