On Tuesday, the third 50501 demonstration took place in downtown Carson City protesting President Donald Trump, billionaire Elon Musk, and Russian hostilities against Ukraine.

Demonstrations are expected in front of the Carson City Capitol Building and the Legislative Building from noon to 3 p.m. Anticipate delays and adjust travel routes accordingly.

The mood downtown was calm, with a smaller crowd than in previous 50501 protests, possibly due in part to the chilly weather, it being a Tuesday, and an increased law enforcement presence downtown.
