Galaxy Talk
Join the Carson City Park Rangers and Dr. Thomas Herring, Professor of Physics at WNC, for a star gazing event at Silver Saddle Ranch. Telescopes will be set up around the Red House area and staff will be around to instruct on our solar system, the Milky Way Galaxy and much more!
Stop by anytime between 6:30pm-7:30pm and remember to bring your questions and layers. NOTE: This program is weather dependent and will be cancelled due to inclement weather.

Need to Know:
-Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
-Dogs must be on a six-foot leash
– Program may be cancelled due to inclement weather
– If you or a family member needs it, Park Rangers has one GRIT Freedom all-terrain wheelchair available. If you’d like to request to use this wheelchair during our program, email parkrangers@carson.org. This request is on a first come first serve basis.
