UPDATE: The roundabout is back open for traffic.

At least one person was injured in a rollover accident at the roundabout on Fifth and Fairview this morning. The accident happened at around 11:30 a.m. Carson City Fire Department and ambulance have responded. Carson City sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene to investigate and for traffic control.
Emergency crews have requested a medical helicopter. Traffic is being re-directed around the accident scene.
