Gear Up for Roller Derby Boot Camp (RDTC)

If you’re looking to get a workout in before the summer, check out our Roller Derby Boot Camp! NO SKATES REQUIRED for the first few weeks! We will help you build strength and get you moving and sweating so that you’re ready to take on all the summer activities!
After the six-week training program, you have the option to join our league as an official CVR member and start your roller derby journey! We teach both WFTDA and USARS rulesets so you can find what fits best for you and your goals. Not interested in physical contact? We also have a Skating Officials program! Details:
Tuesdays at 6:30 PM starting April 29th and runs through June 3rd.
Ages 7 and up, all genders welcome.
$25 for RDTC Program
Skates not required for first three weeks, but knee pads are recommended. We have limited loaner gear available.
