Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Dec. 23-29, 2024. Closures and lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work.
— 2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction.
— Commerce Way between Executive Pointe Way and Lompa Lane will be closed to traffic from Monday – Sunday.
— Curry Street between King Street and 2nd Street will be closed to traffic on Monday, from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
— Silver Sage Drive near Pat Lane will have reduced lanes on Monday and Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
— Fairview Lane between Carson Street and Kansas Street will have reduced eastbound lanes from Dec. 9, 2024, to Jan. 30, 2025, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
— Roop Street between Washington Street and Beverly Drive will have reduced lanes from Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
