Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Dec. 11-18, 2016: Lane closures with traffic controls are at the following locations due to utility/road work:
— U.S. 395 between Old Clear Creek Road and Snyder Avenue will have a single northbound lane closed with lane change shifts, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
— U.S. 50 west of Spooner Junction will have a single eastbound lane closed, Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
— Carson Street and Winnie Lane intersection will have traffic controls due to signal improvements Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— Carson Street between William Street and 5th Street will have possible lane restrictions, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— College Parkway access onto and off I-580 will have intermittent lane reductions, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— Research Way and College Parkway intersection will have traffic controls with intermittent single lane closures, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— Roop Street and Robinson Street intersection will have lane restrictions for signal improvements Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— Carson Street and Hot Spring Road intersection will have traffic controls, Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
— Panamint Road and Sherman Lane intersection will have intermittent closures Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— College Parkway between U.S. 50 and Sherman Lane will have one lane of travel on Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Living Nativity Scene on Sunday December 11th. The following streets will have closures from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.:
— Division, Minnesota, and Philips Streets between Telegraph and King Streets
— King, Musser, and Proctor Streets between Nevada and Philips Streets
