Battle Born Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution had the great honor of having guest speaker Tony Martinez join their meeting.

Mr Martinez spoke about raising community awareness through NEVADANS4VETS.ORG, a nonprofit organization.  His group has an annual Purple Heart Dinner to honor the brave individuals who have received the purple heart. 

Tony and his wife Diane desire to give back to ensure soldiers are properly respected and remembered.  They are passionate about the care of their fellow veterans.  For more information, please go to www.nevadans4vets.org
