Eve’s Eatery in Carson City is now open for dinner!
After three successful years of serving brunch, Eve and Chef Francisco are excited to announce that Eve’s Eatery, located at 402 N Carson St., is now open for dinner. Come experience their new menu additions, carefully crafted with scratch-made recipes and the freshest ingredients.
From Thursday to Saturday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., enjoy dinner with a cozy atmosphere, and don’t forget to stop by for Happy Hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Whether you’re a fan of their famous Short Rib Ravioli, savory Pork Belly Bao Buns, juicy Lamb Chops, or perfectly seared Salmon, there’s something for everyone, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
Brunch is still served Wednesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with all your favorites still on the menu.
