Audrey Hall, who is also known as Adrian at school, is this week’s Carson High School Silver Campus’ senior spotlight. Adrian is a testament to the power of a changed mindset and the support of a caring community. She has transformed her academic performance and outlook, setting a clear and ambitious path for her future. Her journey from struggle to success is an inspiration to all at Carson High School Silver Campus.

Adrian’s goals extend beyond her high school graduation and are already taking shape. She is pursuing her passion for art with the intention of becoming a tattoo artist and, one day, owning her own shop. To make this dream a reality, Adrian has been building a professional art portfolio that showcases her impressive skills. She specializes in creating beautiful pieces using watercolor and pen stippling, demonstrating her dedication and talent.

While Adrian is a committed artist, she also has a wide range of interests that keep her grounded and connected to the outdoors. She participates in AG Science and 4H, and her love for animals shines through in her dedication to rodeo events. Adrian is an accomplished barrel racer, spending significant time and effort training and caring for her horses. When she’s not with her horses, she can be found off-roading, climbing interesting rock formations or simply enjoying the small creatures of nature.

When asked about the key to her recent success, Adrian reflected on a significant turning point in her life. She openly shared that she used to miss a lot of school and struggled with many things. However, she made a conscious decision to change her path. This new attitude, combined with outstanding attendance and grades, has been a driving force. Adrian specifically credits Mrs. Tirado, her science teacher last year, with helping her build self-confidence and manage the difficult issues she was facing.

Adrian’s turnaround was significantly helped by the unique environment of the CHS Silver Campus. The smaller class sizes and tight-knit campus allowed her to build meaningful connections with teachers—something she says she didn’t experience at other schools. These connections, along with dedicated mentorship from staff like Mrs. Tirado, were instrumental in helping Adrian change her attitude toward both school and life.

The Carson High School community is proud of Adrian’s incredible transformation. Her journey shows that with a shift in perspective, hard work and the right support system, anything is possible. We look forward to watching Adrian accomplish great things and make her mark on the world, one tattoo at a time.
