Meet Maximus, our Pet of the Week!
Maximus is a sweet and gentle soul currently residing at our Carson City campus, hoping to find his forever home. He came to us as a stray in late July, and while the world can feel a little big and loud for him, he’s making strides every day to be brave and trust the kindness around him.
Maximus is still learning about new things, like walking more confidently on the leash, but he’s giving it his best effort. He adores gentle voices, soft pets, and crunchy treats, and with a little patience, he’ll happily follow you anywhere.
He’ll need patience and understanding in his new home as he adjusts to unfamiliar surroundings, but his sweet nature is already shining through. Maximus has started to open up with us, and we’re confident he can truly thrive with a loving family. While he may initially bond more with familiar faces, with time and care, we’re sure you’ll build an unbreakable connection.
As our Pet of the Week, Maximus’s adoption fee has been waived now through Tuesday, October 7th! He’s available for adoption at our Carson City campus, located at 549 Airport Way. Come meet Maximus and see if he could be the new addition your family’s been searching for!
