Carson City Fire Department, sheriff’s deputies and the Nevada Highway Patrol were called Sunday afternoon to a vehicle accident in the area of Highway 50 East and Fairview.
The accident was reported at 2:13 p.m. Arriving first responders on scene report two people with back injuries. None of the injuries appear to be life-threatening.
Traffic in the area is being re-directed around the eastbound lane crash. Motorists can expect delays.
