On September 2, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) executed a residential search warrant in the 300 block of Pete Hendrich’s Road in Yerington, Nevada.
During the service of the warrant, detectives located Megan Franks, a felony wanted subject, hiding in a closet in the northeast bedroom of the residence.
Franks was taken into custody on her outstanding felony arrest warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule I–IV (Methamphetamine).
She is also facing new charges for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing/Delaying a Peace Officer.
The resident tenant, Domenic Griffin, was arrested at the scene for multiple charges, including Harboring a Felony Offender, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule I–IV (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both subjects were transported and booked into the Lyon County Jail without incident.
