Carson City and Carson Valley area casinos saw gaming generated revenue up 1.14 percent in July while casinos at Lake Tahoe’s south shore climbed 5.1 percent compared to July 2025, according to figures from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Casinos in Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville and other areas of Douglas County except for the casino corridor at Stateline, had gaming generated revenue — also called “gaming win” — at $12,540,190 for the month, compared to $12,398,791 in July 2025.
Casinos at South Shore Lake Tahoe saw their revenue increase 5.13 percent in July, with gaming revenue amounting to $39,623,041, compared to $37,690,105 in July 2025. North Lake Tahoe gaming revenue was down 5.67 percent for the month.
Elsewhere, casinos in Washoe County were up 2.91 percent, Reno up nearly 1 percent and Sparks up 9.45 percent.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,387,795,619 for the month, which amounts to a 2.07 percent increase compared to July 2025, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,359,623,276.
