Those looking to gain valuable certifications can enroll in the Health & Safety Institute CPR & First Aid course on Aug. 25, earning CPR, AED and First Aid certification in a single day.
WNC also offers several workshops designed to help participants navigate everyday life with greater confidence, including Introduction to Credit Card Points (Sept. 19), Advanced Credit Card Points for Travel (Oct. 3), Introduction to International Travel (Oct. 17), and Mapping Out Caregiving (Oct. 24), which helps unpaid caregivers understand the legal, medical and social responsibilities of caring for loved ones.

Aspiring writers and storytellers can choose from several engaging classes this fall. Award-winning screenwriter Sean Mick returns to teach Screenwriting I: The Nuts & Bolts of Writing for Movies and Screenwriting II: Building a Script from the Ground Up, guiding students from story concepts to completed scripts.
Those interested in personal storytelling can enroll in Write Your Life, where accomplished author Brigette Pugh helps participants reflect on meaningful life experiences while developing their writing skills.
