Carson City area gaming revenue was up 3.56 percent in June with South Shore Lake Tahoe up 7.5 percent and Washoe County up 17.6 percent, according to the latest figures from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Gaming establishments in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County except for Stateline at Lake Tahoe recorded gambling earnings, also called “gaming win” of $11,944,523 for the month, up 3.56 percent compared to June 2025.
Elsewhere, casinos at South Shore Lake Tahoe also saw an increase in gaming generated revenue, earning $21,277,443 for the month, up 7.51 percent from June 2025. North Lake Tahoe gaming revenue was down 5.94 percent for the month.
Meanwhile, casinos in Washoe County outside of Reno and Sparks also saw a 17.64 percent gaming revenue increase for the month. Casinos in Reno were up 20 percent and Sparks, 16 percent.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,343,812,698 for the month of June 2026, a 0.82 percent increase compared to June 2025, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,332,818,773. For the fiscal year (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026), gaming win has increased 2.59 percent.
