My name is Colleen Bannister and I am a personal trainer here in Carson City. After working out many years myself I’ve learned that being open to learning new things and incorporating them into your workouts is one of the best ways to stay motivated.
Workouts will be more interesting when your mind is trying to learn a skill and your desire to perfect your new fun activity will lead you to want to do more of it. The tip for today is a very simple sword routine but hopefully it gives you some new ideas and inspires you to think out of the box when it comes to fitness. Being creative helps me stay in the game and keeps me going as an instructor.
