Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of July 25 through July 31. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Park Street between John Street and Long Street will be closed, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for utility work.
Sewer and Water Line Replacement Closures (7:00am to 5:30pm):
— Elizabeth Street between Washington Street and Caroline Street will be closed Monday through Thursday.
— Mountain Street between Robinson Street and Telegraph Street will be closed Monday.
— Spear Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed Monday.
— Telegraph Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed Monday.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— Betts Street between Curry Street and Boyle Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will have narrowed lanes, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Curry Street between 10th Street and Lake Glen Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation.
— Curry Street between Rhodes Street and Clearview Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers. Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation.
— Division Street between Robinson Street and Musser Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— 5th Street between Saliman Road and Warm Springs Road will have shoulder work, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm for utility installation.
— Meadow Wood Road at Hobart Road will be flagger controlled, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm for storm drain maintenance.
— Old Clear Creek Road between Carson Street and Vista Grande Boulevard will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for re-striping.
— Robinson Street between Mountain Street and Curry Street will have narrowed lanes, Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
Russett Way between Winnie Lane and Jeanell Drive will have shoulder work, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm for utility work.
— Saliman Road between Colorado Street and Sonoma Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation.
— Saliman Road between Koontz Lane to Colorado Street will have reduced lanes and intermittent lane reductions with flaggers, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm for pavement preservation.
— Silver Sage Drive between Koontz Lane and Colorado Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Sunday through Thursday, 6:30pm to 6:00am for pavement preservation. There will also be intermittent lane closures on nearby Sonoma Street, Chateau Drive and Colorado Street.
